Tecmo KOEI revealed today some of the new features we find in A.O.T. 2 , the new action game dedicated to the famous manga/anime Attack on Titan coming March 2018. One of these new functions are the Buddy Actions , actions that allow team members to support each other. These actions include Rescue, Recovery, and Titan Transformation; the latter allows a team member to unlock the power of the Titans.

There are also moves like the coupling unit that determine style attacks ' jump and evade and quick actions made with sneak attacks which serve to help team strategies and block the powerful attacks. To make surprise attacks to succeed, teams must hide from the Titans; an operation, this, not very easy, especially if the player lingers in the Visual field of its gigantic enemies. By balancing the gameplay, players will be able to equip themselves with grenades, using the inability of Titans in the most dangerous areas. Objects like guns of containment can help even the capture of the Titans.

Beyond the battle, teams will be able to replenish their bases of petrol, machete and other useful tools and weapons. Some bases can serve as a shelter against the Titans since they are equipped with towers and artillery in order to cause attacks to the enemy.
