Directly from Paris Games Week, Square Enix has announced expansion Episode Ignis of Final Fantasy XV , a new adventure as told from the perspective of Ignis while will address the Empire of Niflheim intending to protect Noctis at all costs, will be released on 13 December .

Episode Ignis will include the following elements:

• A new story: while Noctis is unconscious after the revelation of Leviathan, Ignis tries to do everything to protect him struggling on the streets of Altissia.
• Action and frantic battles: the daggers have elemental properties of Ignis elementals and his unique skill "Multisite" allows him to attack several enemies at once.
• A new companion: after the apparition of Cor in EPISODE GLADIO and Aranea in EPISODE ANIMATED PORTRAITS in this episode Ravus will join Ignis, putting aside their differences for the common good.
• You pick up your destiny: EPISODE IGNIS has various endings that allow players to discover a number of different events.
