Ubisoft today revealed details on Ghost War , the PVP mode of Ghost Recon Wildlands coming during the autumn. First the Publisher revealed that the Open Beta, which will allow everyone – including those who have not bought the game-try the new mode, will take place from 21 to 25 September but will be available from 19.

Ubisoft explains that Ghost War two teams will compete in deathmach 4vs4 based on team strategy that players have learned about in Ghost Recon Wildlands , where the strategic approach is just as important as their skill. Players can choose from a wide range classes divided into three categories: assault, Sharpshooter and support, each with specific roles on the battlefield and with which they can freely explore the maps and defeat their enemies.

The Open Beta will include 6 of 12 total classes, each with specific characteristics, weapons, perks and customization options, plus five of the eight maps of surface. Ghost War will include new PvP mechanics, covering fire, to create a true multiplayer military strategy with your team.
