Independent study Rock Pocket Games announced today the new first-person adventure Moons of Madness , a psychological horror that combines science fiction themes to "cosmic" lovecraftian horror type whereby the reality that we perceive is nothing more than a small shell within a broader reality dominated by fearsome beings, whose very sight could break down our sanity.

The game sees us explore the inner conflicts of the astronaut Shane Newehart and supernatural events occurring in the research station Trailblazer Alpha, the first scientific outpost on the planet Mars. The developers aim to redefine the entire genre, immersing the player in the psychology of the character and his mental illness.

The main features of the title:

• Combine pure science, based on meticulous analysis of NASA and research of Space X, with the typical lovecraftian horror
• An innovative feature called "Outs" that simulates the folly of Arkham, exposing players to hallucinations and visions during the game. Must understand its meaning, while they try to predict events that will influence the character's history.
• Explore mental illness through various game modes with no cases of the medical condition itself.
