For fans of Titanfall 2 , the FPS developed by Respawn Entertainment , highlights are coming for multiplayer. Continuing with the already commendable support post-launch game, Respawn and EA have announced that the next update/free DLC will introduce new maps, weapons, equipment and above all a new Horde-style cooperative mode for four players.

The new co-op mode called " Frontier Defense " and will put four riders in the defense of a shield generator while hordes of enemies will begin to encroach on the map. While players must place traps and study strategies, the enemy waves will become increasingly difficult: at the beginning will be composed of ordinary soldiers and Spectre, but toward the last waves you will have to deal with several Titan, from devastating firepower. To help the players there will be new weapons and equipment, designed specifically for the new co-op mode.

As if that weren't enough, the update will introduce two new maps:

• Rise : this map is a remaster of a scenario much appreciated in the first Titanfall , composed of numerous pulleys that pilots can use to exploit the verticality of the scenario, and you can use it in different ways, including the brand new " Frontier Defence ";
• TownShip : a new map, from small dimensions and urban-style, designed for the busy mode " Live Fire ";

The Update finally will also bring new aesthetic elements, both for weapons for the titan, and various discounts and bonus XP for a limited time.
