Telttale Games promised that the fourth episode of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier would be released at a close distance from the previous episode, and so it is: the developers have announced with a tweet that the fourth episode will be released on Xbox One the PS4.

More specifically, the episode will be called " Thicker than Water " ("thicker than the water"), also the developers have indicated that throughout the day now will be released a trailer that will anticipate the main contents of the new episode.
