If you are part of the Alpha Ring Xbox One Preview program Please be advised that tonight Microsoft has finally pressed the switch to activate the custom, allowing us to place any ì cos Gamerpics image in our Xbox Live profile.

If you have the feature enabled, you can change the image directly from the console by going to your profile, by changing the image player and selecting the new option at the checkout at the top right of the screen of the default Gamerpics. When the console supports loading images from USB, but in future it should also support Skydrive; just then insert a memory stick to the image that you want, select it, and then use the controls to zoom and move to position it as you wish.

This functionality is not limited only to your profile: If you Club administrators, in fact, you can do the same with the logo of the Club with the background image, by uploading your own the same way. Also it should be possible to do so for both PC and Xbox app on your smartphone, but you'll have to wait until the function is enabled there too.
