BioWare and EA have released a new video of Mass Effect: Andromeda , this time dedicated to " Golden Worlds ": these are the planets in the Galaxy Andromeda possessing all the features that make them possible new homes for humanity, and so will be the subject of our explorations in the storyline.

The task of the Pathfinder is to find a new planet suitable for humans and that it is rich in resources within the cluster Helius. This star cluster hosts inside 7 planets, renamed 1 7, which represent the best Habitat for humanity's chance of finding a new home.

The planets must have enough Helium 3, water, ice and the zero element for supporting the Andromeda space station Initiative (or Nexus). Collecting materials you can make improvements to the Nexus and rouse new settlers from cryogenic sleep and that will bring new benefits.

The player has to figure out if a planet is a "Golden World" until it is on the surface, however BioWare gives some basic details about the seven major planets explored in the game, which we list here for clarity:

• 1 Habitat -A barren planet with large underground rivers. Despite the desert climate temperatures allow the colonisation of the planet
• 2 Habitat -A large Moon orbiting a gas giant. 2 Habitat is said to be rich in minerals and could serve as an important resource for future generations.
• Habitat 3 -a planet covered with lush jungles and hills
• Habitat 4 -preliminary scans indicate a large amount of water to the surface, making the planet a prime candidate.
• Habitat 5 -it is said that this planet is the ideal home for settlers Turian and Quarian aboard the Andromeda Initiative.
• 6 Habitat -the scans indicate the presence of vast oceans and climate.
• 7 Habitat -it is said that this planet has all the characteristics of a tropical paradise. 7 Habitat will be the first planet explored in the game, and is described as a potential home for the human race.

Our task as Pathfinder will be to explore those planets and determine their livability, among our tasks: form alliances with local people, thwarting any threats or environmental dangers and create local outposts. Setting up new outposts will enable Andromeda Initiative to awaken new settlers and continue the migration.
