On the occasion of the release today of the availability beginning today of Halo Wars 2 for buyers of Ultimate Edition, Microsoft has published a new article signed by the head of Xbox Phil Spencer, entitled " Celebrate an epic Lineup of Xbox games of 2017 ".

Spencer then lists other upcoming titles during the year: Sea of Thieves, State of Decay 2 and 3 Crackdown, saying that, while the former is already in alpha technique, the other two are already in very good shape in terms of both gameplay graph. Spencer is keen also to stress " and of course, we will have more in store for you at E3 in June 2017 ", making us understand that we should expect more of a surprise.

The Xbox Division then cites the imminent return of Xbox classics like Phantom Dust and Voodoo Vince , announcing they will both Play titles Anywhere and especially that the first of the two will also support the cross-play with PC, as well as many improvements and of rebalancing than the original game. Spencer went on to state that is determined to create on the Xbox One the largest library of games ever seen in a Microsoft, and this result is guaranteed in part by backward compatibility, thanks to which are added constantly to catalogue titles of last generation: the manager confirmed that the team will continue to add games like before.
