These days we are dealing with the retail version of Halo Wars 2 in order to provide early our game review, but while waiting we can already provide an important information. Being a title belonging to a major franchise like Halo we'd expect to find it completely dubbed into Italian, but unfortunately it is not.

The game is presented in our country (as well as in Spain, while Germany and France have the full localization) with the dubbing entirely in English, while there are Italian subtitles.

For a title like this speech is generally not very important, but in this case we speak of a game with a strong Powertrain, data from many cut-scenes telling the story, and there are also many dialogues during the campaign. Who has a poor grasp of spoken English will be forced to read the subtitles, definitely not the best condition to enjoy such a title.

This is not the first time that Microsoft avoids dub a play for our country (and for Spain, which seems to follow our destiny to "taillights" videogame market): the same was the case with Horizon Force 3 . Should we expect the same treatment for other important titles for the future? We will try to find out more.
