Resident Evil 7 is already million seller, arrives at an altitude of 2.5 million copies sold
Capcom has announced that the game has exceeded its quota of 2.5 million copies--both physical and digital--sold worldwide, making it immediately million seller and probably a rosy future for the new route taken by the franchise. This was not a foregone conclusion, given that the series has suffered a marked decline in popularity from episode 5 onward, and many were dubious about the new line taken by this seventh episode.
The Japanese Publisher also announced that the demo of the game was downloaded well 7.15 million times across all platforms, a record for the Resident Evil series.
Excellent results so that accompany a game by the excellent overall quality and showing that only single player titles can still have a place in the market. And fortunately, we add!
