Square Enix has announced that the event Moogle Chocobo Carnival of Final Fantasy XV began today in the city of Altissia, and will run until February 20 . The event is accessible by downloading the free Festive Package already available on the Store , and includes a series of mini-games, new quests, new costumes for Noctis, an unprecedented show of fireworks and more. Season Pass holders and the Holiday Pack + will also receive more content including a mariachi costume Carnival that Noctis will wear both in and out of the Carnival in return for Doubloons won during the event.

From today there is a new free update that includes a new photo mode to take pictures freely outside of battles. Also from today, you can purchase a number of additional downloadable content Extras, including:
