With a week to spare than the norm, Microsoft announced today what will be downloadable titles for free Xbox Live Gold users in January. On Xbox One will come from 1 January the tower defense game with elements of action-RPG World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap , while 16 of the month will be available on fighting Killer Instinct Season 2 Ultra Edition .

On the Xbox 360-and therefore also on Xbox One via backwards compatibility-will be available from 1 January the great adventure of Double Fine The Cave , while the 16 arrives platformer game Ubisoft Rayman Origins .
