Bandai Namco Games announced today that Monkey d. Garp and Caesar respectively grandfather of Luffy and mad scientist expert on weapons of mass destruction, will be available in One Piece: Burning Blood from 22 December as paid DLC. Instead, all owners of the "Wanted 2" Gold Pack "Pack" and "Gold Edition" will be able to download the new playable characters through a free update.
