To send us your application you must not help but connect to BioWare's website and fill out a questionnaire (in English only) that will take some time. Moreover, you must have an EA account and link it to your profile Live PSN.

Then, once answered all the questions, you will need to check the white box next to the words "Mass Effect Andromeda Multiplayer Tech Test" which will take you to more questions, and finally will allow you to submit your request.
