After having announced in recent days, Mike Ybarra of Microsoft announced via his twitter account that, thanks to an update released for Blu-ray player, Xbox One app and Xbox One S now support the movies stored on Blu-ray recordable, both in the standard BD-R that BD-RE.

This means that those who use these formats, maybe to create professional videos or other purposes, you can now also use Xbox One as a reader. Of course the thing is limited only to Blu-ray movies.
