The new independent study Italian based in Padova Gamera Interactive revealed today Unit 4 , platform scrolling game in development for Xbox One, characterized by retro look and distinctive controllable four protagonists in both single player and co-op local, from 2 to 4 players.

In the universe of Unit 4 an army of aliens started to steal the sacred artifacts that underlie the life of many planets: the only hope for salvation are the four heroes who Board to ferret out the aliens, defeat them and return the artifacts to the planets of origin.

The gameplay of the game is based on the classical mechanics of the genre: all four characters can move and jump, but each of them has unique skills that must be combined to pass each level. In single player the player has the option to quickly switch from one character to another (probably via the four face buttons of the controller, since the colors correspond to those-and names-characters), while in co-op, each player can control one in coordination with others.

The levels will be characterized by huge jumps, dangerous enemies and puzzles based on the logic that the movement, which will require the cooperation of the characters to be overcome. During the game you can also unlock a series of minigames playable individually independently from the main story.
