The Xbox Development Director Mike Ybarra has announced on Twitter that soon will come an app that, using the new feature of the operating system to play music in the background, will allow us to listen to our songs stored on a flash drive or USB hard drive attached to the console.

Ybarra explained that soon will come to everyone a chance--already available in preview-to publish the console our apps made "in house" with the developer mode , and in this respect has just explained that a developer on the Xbox team is ready to release an app for playing background music from USB storage devices.

There remains, therefore, that wait a few weeks, when Microsoft will reveal new details about Universal Apps that will be available on Xbox One. Stay tuned!
