A company representative has reported to GameSpot: " Although most aren't pursuing the project, Criterion will continue to build new ideas and experiment with new IP for EA, in addition to continuing to collaborate with other EA Studios ". As it known Criterion is teaming up with SAYS for the development of the new Star Wars Battlefront: X- Wing VR Mission for PS4.

All the fans of extreme sports and video games must then give up waiting for the new title, tucking perhaps on similar, winter only STEEP from Ubisoft .
