Square Enix has released a new trailer for Final Fantasy XV that illustrates the new mode Wait Mode, which is activated in the game options: only usable in combat, this mode allows you to freeze time so as to be able to choose more quietly targets, give orders to teammates and change the type of attacks used. It is meant for gamers more accustomed with turn-based systems, which could be in trouble with the real time combat system of the game.
