Raphael Colantonio, co-Creative Director at Arkane Studios, revealed to the microphones of GameSpot new and interesting details about Prey , futuristic shades horror FPS announced today during the pre-E3 Conference of Bethesda and coming to Xbox One 4 in 2017.

Colantonio said that the title is meant as "a retelling of the original IP" , rather than a remake or sequel of the game released back in 2006 and will feature a more open structure "which will explore a great play area characterized by larger and open environments compared to those of Dishonored."

Finally the co-director says that players can choose to assume the role of the female version of the protagonist of the game, Morgan Yu, or than men.
