Due to popular demand by the players, Blizzard has stated through a message on Twitter that the Open Beta of Overwatch will be extended by one day, that is until Tuesday 10 may at 19:00 (Italian time). Please note that all progress, including templates, rewards, levels and statistics obtained during the public beta will be reset at the launch. This also includes all the progress made during early access.

Finally, because of the nature of multiplayer Overwatch , Xbox Live Gold membership is required to play during the open beta and after the launch, set for May 24 .
