Microsoft and TreeFortress Games today announced JumpJet Rex , " difficult " 2D platform game in which you will have to control a T-Rex with extraterrestrials to save dinosaurs from extinction. The game, which will be available on Xbox One on April 29 , we will propose well 40 levels in which we will have to run against time to protect life in the Mesozoic era!

JumpJet Rex offers a hand-drawn graphics in 16 bit and the best chiptune music, that catapults players into the era of 2-D platform games.

We can also download ghosts to compete against the best players in the world, or directly challenge their friends to see who can score the best time!

The game will offer a way for teams that will allow us to team up with a friend (have not stated whether online or locally) to avoid the mass extinction.

Also, in addition to the Party mode which Deadly Challenge, capture your Wick and Sprint, you can customize the characters, updating the look with the booty gathered during Galactic travel.

Finally you can already buy and download in advance the game priced at 9.99 € (discounted to £ 7.99 for Gold members) and weighing 537.31 MB. Once downloaded, can be played only JumpJet Rex from 00.01 of 29 April.
