After many rumors, Telltale Games has finally announced that The Walking Dead: Season Three is under development and that details will be released during Comic-Con International, scheduled from 21 to 24 July at the Convention Center in San Diego, as the first episode of the third season will be released by the end of 2016.

Kevin Bruner, CEO of Telltale Games , also stated that this new season will feature " an unexpected approach " that will give a new twist to the narrative aspect than seen in the previous two seasons, while maintaining the most characteristic and famous aspects of the series.

The CEO goes on to know that the objective of the software house with this third season is to enlarge the number of its fans, that is why this season has been designed with an eye for all those players who will approach for the first time in the title without having played the previous episodes, allowing them to quickly understand the mechanics of the game. Finally, Bruner has reassured its players about the game saves the previous season, saying the team will use cloud services to allow players to retrieve them all with no problem.
