The founder of Nicalis, Tyrone Rodriguez, announced on his twitter profile that The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth is the final stages of development and will soon be submitted for approval by Microsoft . Rodriguez expects to launch the game on the market in April in Europe, although nothing is certain yet;

the game is an expansion of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth which includes new bosses, locations, weapons, gameplay improvements and local co-op mode from 2 to 4 players. We will keep you updated on further developments of course, here's the trailer.
