After months of silence on the announcement , Team 17 has released a set of new information and screenshots for Worms W.M.D. , new installment in the series to be released on Xbox One during the current year. The game will feature a brand new 2D look inspired by cartoons, in addition to beautiful landscapes painted by hand.

One of the main innovations in Worms W.M.D. is the implementation of brand new buildings.

In the past in Worms 2D landscape was simply a flat structure on which to play. Now, however, Team 17 has introduced the buildings that are truly stunning and offer great tactical advantages, especially in online games! You can enter a building and from there shoot outwards. When he changes the turn, your worm will be hidden inside the building.

The game has gained value thanks to the improved environment generator.
