The new patch 2.1 for Rainbow Six: Siege is available today on Xbox One and weighs 1.2 Gb. The improvements are many, but among the changes are the new spectator cam and the ability to create custom games on dedicated servers.

Changes have been made to hitbox for head of Blitz that is now exposed in the same manner as other classes shield. It was also made available a fix for error 0-0x00000602 and the ability to remove fellow teams in PvE.
