Activision has finally announced the release date of the Awakening DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops III . Due to arrive on March 3 on Xbox Live, the DLC is preparing to introduce several new features for both the industry standard multiplayer and zombie mode, now trademark of the series.

The DLC will introduce the following maps:

• Gauntlet : detail map set in a military structure, consisting of three different lanes, each with a different climate zone, jungle, Arctic and urban;
• Splash : set in a colorful water park, between slides and pirate ships, the map offers the possibility of combat divers;
• Rise : set in a research facility-covered outskirts of Zurich, the map offers the classic design of clashes with covers;
• Skyjacked : set in a VTOL above the skies of Zurich, the map is a tribute to a former Black Ops II setting, map Hijacked , this time full of new opportunities through the combat system of Black Ops III ;

On the face of the zombie mode instead comes the new map Der Eisendrache , in which the role of old acquaintances Richtofen, Nicolai, Takeo , and Dempsey , will face off hordes of zombies in an old Castle full of Element 115 (the material that turns people into zombies). In this suicide mission you must destroy the deposit on a new adventure full of twists are typical of zombie mode in Call of Duty.
