The us site Forbes has had a chance to have a chat with Jesse Stern, lead writer of Titanfall 2 , getting the final confirmation that the game will have a single player campaign. Stern has explained that the first Titanfall had a rather narrow budget, and the team could then devote himself solely to multiplayer, but this time will be different.

The writer revealed that now the firm has enough money and developers to carry out a real single campaign, explaining that the story will have very dark tones and will be influenced by the American civil war; It will be a science fiction plot but very anchored in reality.
