The developers of ARK: Survival Evolved have announced a new upgrade to the popular survival game that introduces two important innovations. The first is the arrival of Terror Bird, also known as Phorusrhacidae Rapidesultor: this scary bird is able to sprint at high speed and jumps and although you don't fly like a regular bird, is able to glide for long stretches with his wings.

Despite being tamed, is quite aggressive so it should make for a pretty formidable in combat.

The second innovation is the introduction of the grappling hook, which will change radically the gameplay allowing players to " climb, climb cliffs while he fights a flying creature, rappel down from great heights or even engage other players, prisoners or little creatures ."

In addition to grapple and the Terror Bird upgrade also includes alliances with tribes on the PvE and PvP and changes to the system of fishing; as always, the update is available on PC and Xbox One will be introduced in about two weeks. We leave you with a video that shows us these new: enjoy!
