Sea of Thieves: Greenberg speaks of his experience with the game

It's a long time since you couldn't hear talk of Sea of Thieves , pirate-themed multiplayer game announced at this past E3 from Rare. Aaron Greenberg has now revealed new details, explaining that the game is pretty advanced stage of development.

During an interview with IGN, Greenberg talked about his ordeal with the title with another Microsoft Executive Kudo Tsunoda, praising the co-op feature and the freedom of the game. Greenberg explained that the two were on the same ship, but at a certain point, Tsunoda he launched into water, surged to another vessel that is then disappeared on the horizon, only to turn back shooting guns drawn to their ship.

The manager wanted to emphasize how the crazy fun and slightly ridiculous is central to the game experience: explained for example at one point it started to run and to slap with a fish the character controlled by the manager of Microsoft Studios Europe Lemkee, before the two were then to work together in harmony to lead the ship.

The game looks so already very solid mechanics, but, according to Greenberg needs to be finished yet. Sea of Thieves is expected this year on Xbox One; stay tuned for more details, but if you had missed the announcement of the game we present anew the trailer released during the E3.
