Barbarians everywhere, come to you glad tidings. Funcom has announced a new game set in the world of Conan the Barbar o. Conan Exiles is an original game where you play as a mighty barbarian (without the likeness of Arnold Schwarzenegger unfortunately) exiled in a hostile land, ready for a new violent adventure.

The game is a survival game in open world, the type of Ark: Survival Evolved so to speak. You will be able to forge weapons and tools, thanks to materials found through activities such as farming and hunting. But not only that, the crafting component will build camps and strongholds, all in desert land and desolate, swarming with enemies and sandstorms.

The game will also have a strong multiplayer component, where we can create gangs increasingly developed. Then when it will become a true power will declare war and participate in violent sieges for domination of the lands. All topped off with a violent and savage combat system, as a play on Conan the barbarian requires. Will still be playable in single.

The game looks interesting, but it remains to be seen what will distinguish it from all other survival game, more and more present in the market. While waiting to find out more, calm your craving for blood with the announce trailer and the first screenshots of the game.
