This update is version number th2_xb_rel_ 1602.160118 -1900 weighing about 354MB and solves the problem of black screen or no signal message that some had flipping when launched the TV either through the USB tuner that from cable box HDMI-1; also goes to fix a bug that prevented some to launch the quick start guide by pressing twice on the Xbox button or going left from the main page of your home screen.

Please note that in order to download the update, you must be enrolled in the Xbox One Preview service, after which you have to do is go into the settings menu, and then click System and finally click Update System. If you have the console set to the instant-on mode, the update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
