During the same line of which we have spoken this morning, Microsoft and the developers of The Coalition revealed another interesting given on Gears of War ; apparently the three installments of the series after the first one, namely GoW 2, e and Judgment, are all among the most popular titles on Xbox One 9 through backward compatibility.

This bodes well for the success of GoW 4, which should be welcomed very warmly by fans who have "refresh your memory" via titles backwards compatible. The Coalition has also revealed that 45% of Xbox Live users who have played with Gears of War: Ultimate Edition had never played a game in the series on the Xbox 360: this should guarantee an influx of new fans to the franchise.
