The Japanese newspaper Nikkei revealed today that Hideo Kojima has left Konami officially and it is already working on creating its own development studio which will feed many creatives and developers of the now-defunct Kojima Productions.

The news was already known for some time in the form of unconfirmed rumor, and only now is an official confirmation through the pages of important Japanese head.  But if you hope in a new title for Xbox One by the famous designer, it might not happen: according to Nikkei, in fact, it would seem that Kojima is already in discussions with Sony and could therefore not cross-platform development.
