After the closure of Irrational Games Ken Levine's House which had given rise to the magnificent Bioshock, the future of the series was uncertain although Take-Two had claimed that the series was important for the Publisher. Today the company's CEO Strauss Zelnick has officially announced the production of a fourth installment in the series by 2 k Marin, the studio that made his time BioShock 2 .

For now, nothing is known of the new project: it is not known the term of output foreseen so as we do not know if it will be a direct sequel to Bioshock 2 or if it will be a stand-alone episode set in one of the many " universi del faro " like Bioshock: Infinite . It's likely that we'll have to wait for more E3 2016, but who knows what some surprise also comes from Video Game Awards in December. Stay tuned!
