Lionhead Studios , responding to some fans on Twitter , reiterated once again not to be working on Fable 4 and the top priority is the development of Fable Legends . " We are not working on Fable 4 " stated developers, continuing " Fable Legends is our priority and will be in the near future! ".

The software house denies being at work on the next installment in the series for the past two years, when during the month of August of 2013 said that " Fable Legends is the only installment of the series in development, and we don't plan the making of Fable 4 ".

Please remember that Fable Legends is a free-to-play multiplayer games that will be available on Xbox One towards the end of the current year.
