The rumor of the week relating to termination by Konami all AAA titles except PES created much hype, but it seems that it was not based on actual basis. A Reddit user has contacted the Japanese company and expressed their concerns, and received a reply definitely satisfactory.

This is the answer given by a member of Konami: " I can promise you that we're not abandoning Metal Gear. I know some blogs have asserted, but have no idea where the news section. 

We are undoubtedly still working on console games and franchises like Metal Gear, Silent Hill, Castlevania, PES and all others. "

It therefore seems that the alarm has returned and that we will see even titles for the console of Konami's most famous franchise.
