EA Sports has released a new trailer for FIFA 16 dedicated to Career mode, in which there will be many features, some of which are based on advice received from the community of FIFA . The Career mode will offer preseason Tournaments , Player training and the following changes:

• Ability to engage players free agents out of the window market.
• Observers ' reports-reports on observed players will be available for a full year before timing out, not for just three months as was the case in 15 FIFA.
• Budget transfers-transfer budgets now reflect better real ones and vary depending on the team you choose to manage your career. In addition, a percentage of the budget advanced from the previous season will be moved to the next and will vary depending on the placement of your team objectives.
• Loans-loans short duration has been increased from three to six months and can now take players on loan for two years.
• Substitutions in friendlies-In friendly matches there will be limits to the number of substitutions.
• More realistic transfers-we fixed the number of transfers of the so-called top players during the transfer window, to better reflect actual market trends.
• Market value of players revised-We changed the values of players to better reflect real market prices.
