Star Wars Battlefront: EA reveals how Elimination, deathmatch classic
Deletion is aimed at anyone looking for classic gameplay and satisfying story set in the Star Wars universe â„¢.
The deathmatch of Star Wars Battlefront â„¢ â„¢, called for deletion, see confronted rebels and Imperials in intense battles against 10 10. You can win if your team scores 100 killings or has reported more opponents at the end of the round of 10 minutes. Immediate, passionate and exciting until the last kill: this is the Deletion mode that we wanted to develop.
Deletion is a much varied regarding the game action and the unpredictable nature of the opposing team. The maps themselves are distinguished by their variety of environments and situations.
The Chief Designer Dennis Brännvall levels we anticipate the breathtaking scenery of this modality that will delight fans of Star Wars:
"In a map we find ourselves fighting indoors on Endor or Sullust. In the next we can find in the arid canyons of Tatooine or in the icy icy Caverns of Hoth. I appreciate especially the verticality of the map of Tatooine, where he fights alongside a crawler. "
To ensure an intense gaming action in these tight spaces, not Deletion maps are vast as those of other modes. It should be said that every map is designed according to the characteristics of each mode. In other words, these are not smaller versions of other maps. Brännvall underlines this essential aspect and focuses on other variables:
"Imagine you've just played in the Assault on Hoth walkers mode and you want to Delete mode, always on Hoth. Thanks to the different time of the day, which influences the illumination, you will notice a difference definitely. "
As in other modes of Star Wars Battlefront, the key to success is in choosing a kit with weapons more suited to our style of play and battle conditions. The weapons that you can collect in the field have a strategic value even more important, since in this mode are not present nor vehicles nor heroes or villains.
"Get a droid can detect nearby enemies, a tower capable of keeping an area under control or other weaponry can really make a difference in an Elimination game," says Brännvall. "They are not easy to find, so you better keep your eyes peeled."
If you're into the deathmatch or just want to enjoy a major multiplayer modes, play a game of Elimination when Star Wars Battlefront will be released across the Galaxy on November 19.
