Through a new movie released on Xbox YouTube channel that sums up the Comic-Con in San Diego, Microsoft revealed that Fable Legends will be available on Xbox One on October 13 .

Please note that the title will be free-to-play and will support the cross-play between Xbox and PC. Stay tuned for more information on the game.

Update : the release date given in the movie in question is incorrect.

In a statement provided to Game Informer , Microsoft has stated: " we can't wait to open the world of Fable Legends players, but at the moment we do not have anything to share on the game's release. The date indicated in the movie about the Comic-Con in San Diego was not correct and apologize for the confusion. "
