Logitech Announces new steering wheel for Xbox One G920 Driving Force

Milan, June 11, 2015 — Logitech (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI), innovative company in the field of gaming peripherals, announces that Logitech ® G920 Driving Force , with force feedback steering wheel compatible with Xbox One ® and PC will be available this fall. Designed to ensure high precision race time and maximum reliability in the long term, Logitech Driving Force G920 integrates a force feedback motors with two helical gears, hand sewn leather and throttle pedals, brake and clutch made of steel. The steering wheel is also compatible with the optional Driving Force Shifter, a six-speed manual transmission with push-down reverse. This is the first Logitech racing wheel available for Xbox One.

Realistic force feedback
Equipped with a force feedback in two engines, Logitech Driving Force G920 reproduces the feeling of actually driving the car as the shift of weight, road conditions and tyre wear, so as to perceive under or oversteering, traction loss, and more. Helical gears manufactured on the basis of the models used in auto transmissions provide the steering movements also fluid and precise. For maximum control thanks to toothed wheels and the steering wheel and the pedals are tight.
Durable Design
Made to withstand, Logitech G920 Driving is built with solid steel ball bearings in the Steering pin, levers and stainless steel pedals. The hand-stitched leather of high quality ensures that the feeling offered by Logitech G920 Driving Force is that of a real race car, ensuring a comfortable gaming experience and durable. Finally, the anchorage system characterized by narrowing screws allows to fix permanently the steering wheel to the table or to help stations so as to minimize the swings and shifts in case of sudden manoeuvres.
Easy access to control panel
For direct access to controls, the D-Pad, buttons and levers on the steering wheel are positioned semiautomatic Logitech G920 Driving Force.
Reactive pedals
Logitech G920 Driving Force is equipped with a separate pedal that allows you to brake, accelerate and change gears just like in a real machine, allowing you to maintain a more realistic body position for driving. The non-linear brake pedal mimics the performance of a pressure sensitive brake system for a precise and responsive action. Finally, it includes a dedicated clutch G920 ideal for gamers looking for a truly immersive driving experience and who want to test their skills as pilots.
Optional Driving Force Shifter
Available as an option, the Driving Force Shifter is a six-speed manual transmission with push-down reverse. Driving Force Shifter features a quality structure, with solid steel gear, hand-sewn leather and covered knob. Integrated clamps and bolts allow fitting the Driving Force Shifter without risk.
