The rumors were correct: Warner Bros. and TT Games are working on LEGO Dimensions , a new LEGO series title for Xbox, Xbox 360 and and PS4 which will follow in the footsteps of series like Skylanders and Disney Infinity , proposing a base (called LEGO Toy Pad) on where the real LEGO characters, equipped with a special "smart" power strips, to make them "join" in the game.

The title, expected in stores for September 29 , will combine with each other universes in the DC Comics Universe, the Lord of the rings and LEGO Movie: powerful portals created by the evil Lord you are indeed open Vortech on three realms risucchiandone many characters, Batman and Gandalf and Wyldstyle (in addition to other sold separately) will jump in to save their friends.

But the game will also support other IP already converted into LEGO format: it seems that we can e.g. drive the DeLorean from back to the future, impersonating the Ninjago and so on.

LEGO Dimensions will be sold with the Starter Pack that, at the price of 99 $, will include Toy base pads, a set of building blocks to create the portal database in the background, the characters in Batman, Gandalf, and Wyldstyle and the Batmobile, also fits in the game. By the end of the year will also be available in stores these packets with additional characters and levels:

• LEGO Ninjago character package with Kai and Cole
• Three fun pack of LEGO Ninjago, with the characters Jay, Nya and Zane
• Two fun pack by DC Comics with the characters Wonder Woman and Cyborg
• Three fun pack The Lord of the rings, with characters Gollum, Gimli and Legolas
• Four fun pack The LEGO Movie, with characters Emmet, Poliduro, Benny and Unikitty
• A fun pack of the Wizard of Oz, with the character of the wicked witch of the East
