Quantum Break officially slide to 2016

The news was already in the air and this had certainly surprised Finns Remedy fans, accustomed to multiple postponements for their titles. Now it is official: the highly anticipated action-adventure Quantum Break has been postponed until 2016 without any indication of possible release period, but Sam Lake has tweeted that reaches " beginning 2016 ", so it's possible that we will be able to play it around March next year.

Microsoft said the announcement with this statement: " currently we have a line-up of games stronger than the whole story, with Xbox exclusives from blockbuster for 2015 as Halo 5: Rise of the Guardians, Tomb Raider, Fable and Forza Motorsport Legends 6, and others that we will announce in the coming months . With so many games being released this year, move Break 2016 Quantum allows us to extend our incredible line-up until next year with a monstrous new IP. "

Note the part that we have highlighted in bold: This makes us understand that some of the new titles that will be announced soon, probably at E3 will be ready for launch as early as year-end. It's mysterious new Rare titles, or maybe some new third-party exclusive?

At the same time Sam Lake of Remedy said: " we thank our fans for their patience, and we want to know that the team will use this opportunity to refine and optimize your game so you can create the kind of experience you expect from us. "

For fans of Remedy and Quantum Break there will be no wait: we are confident that it will be worth it.
