In the last few hours have emerged on the net several interesting novelties on the new fighting by Netherealm Studios Mortal Kombat X ; I summarized below.

First, the developer has announced the introduction of Quitality : this is a new animation for the deaths of characters, similar to the Fatality and Brutality , which intervenes, however, when a player leaves a match online disconnecting (from quit , exit).  When this happens, the player still connected sees his opponent's head explode, and automatically wins the game; You can see an example in the video below. Netherealm explains that this is not wanted so much to punish anyone who logs off, how to give more satisfaction to their opponents, who instead of the frustration of seeing a game interrupted midway through due to their opponent, can now enjoy a sort of "fortuitous victory".

Then there is the indirect confirmation of the presence of Predator as a downloadable character in the game: a rumor about there was last month, but now we have confirmation thanks to inclusion on the Games Store store of Kombat Pack DLC, for which we find in the phrase "Track and pierces your opponents as the horror icon Jason Voorhees, or play as Predator, the Hunter ". It seems that the relentless alien Hunter will then together with the already announced Jason and two unidentified " classic characters " of the series, all in new DLC available only bundled with the digital Premium Edition game. We hope that developers will show as soon as the character in action.

A recent stream of the game finally names new characters not yet announced officially but that seems to be present in the game, although we don't know if the initial roster or as additional DLC: this is Stryker, Smoke, Rain, Kabal, Cyrax. We are waiting for more information from the Netherealm
