The Xbox One is preparing for an invasion of ID @ Xbox titles: 2 Wasteland and Shovel Knight among them

During GDC event dedicated to ID 2015 @ Xbox, Microsoft announced tonight some of the independent titles arriving on Xbox One over the coming months and beyond. Some were already known but most are new, some of which even some relief; the "bomb" is certainly more Wasteland 2 ( trailer ), a post-apocalyptic RPG game which arises as a direct sequel to the cult game Wasteland, was released in 1988 on PC.

Born on Kickstarter as PC project, Wasteland 2 has garnered great critical and public acclaim and is definitely a title that all lovers of RPG and scenaries to Fallout (though here we are struggling with a title in isometric perspective and turn-based action) should take seriously due to the length of over 80 hours of gameplay, a rare achievement for independent productions of this type. The Xbox version One will arrive also with several improvements compared to the PC, both in the graphic sector of the gameplay.

Other interesting revelation is the arrival on Microsoft's console Shovel Knight ( trailer ), side-scrolling action-platformer with 8-bit graphics in which we check a Knight armed with a powerful shovel; the game is already released for PC and Wii U enjoying enthusiastic acclaim, and in coming months will arrive on Xbox One and PlayStation platforms (already announced previously).

But there is much more: the titles are all very interesting, highly original and innovative. If you are a fan of the indie scene and good gaming, you should see all the trailer linked below: we are sure that you will find more than a title to put on your list of "to go"!
