The last fighter in Mortal Kombat X to be revealed is Kung Lao, shown on the pages of Finnish magazine Pelaaja. the images, although of poor quality, show us a Kung Lao much older than usual and one shot shows him with an alternative headdress to "Star" used in one of its variants of combat. According to Ed Boon of the Netherealm, Kung Lao is the wrestler with the most variety of combat than others: like all the other wrestlers in the game, also Lao has three different variants, but his are those that differ more from each other.

The first storm, will allow it to use rotating attacks and turn your hat around him as a sort of shield; in the second, circular saw ( Buzz Saw ), his hat has sharp tips and will allow players to control the headgear launches; the third and last, Hat Trick ( Hat Trick ), is the more experimental of the three and will allow us to launch and call us the hat at all times, allowing us to extend the combo.
