Microsoft and Dan Ayoub, executive producer of 343 Industries , have stated that the Spartan Ops , episodic missions who were in (s) Halo 4 , will not be present in The Master Chief Halo Collection , at least not at its launch. The lack of these episodic missions should be attributed to the considerable weight of the game , which amounts to 45 GB plus about 20 other patch.

Developers have also motivated the reason for this choice: " The Spartan Ops will arrive in December, this is because we are finalizing content further to bring an optimal gaming experience ".

In short, those who have loved the episodic adventures of Halo 4 will have to wait a month for riiverle again, the appointment, however, with the release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection is always set for 11 November.
