Konami has just confirmed, through an information table published on the official Japanese website of the game (the scroll found at mid-page), that PES 2015 will have a resolution of 720 p at 60 fps and goes on Xbox One. It's not surprising, considering that the game runs on the Fox Engine that doesn't seem to be optimized for the new Microsoft console; even Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes , which uses the same engine, couldn't overcome this resolution on Xbox One and at this point it is likely that the same fate will be up to The Phantom Pain.

Of course who will appreciate the soccer title will look primarily at mere game features instead of paying more attention to technical details, but certainly regret that, at a time when numerous titles have managed to get the full Xbox hardware optimization One, a series so important is unable to elevate technically.
