Contrary to what we could expect/hope, Bethesda and Zenimax stated that during the German exhibition Gamescom there will be no announcement concerning a new Fallout but that there will be a massive presentation related to The Elder Scrolls Online and The Evil Within the same release as Pete Hines on his official Twitter account.

It seems then that the rumor leaked during the current year, must still wait for final confirmation by interested parties, perhaps during the course of the next E3 2015 as a surprise announcement. Stay tuned with us for all future updates.
